Property Management - 14 February 2008

As the owners of the apartment, which we use your company for management purposes, my husband called your office from England this evening to report that friends of ours who are using our apartment, could not get any hot water. Your office told us that they would send someone round as soon as possible. I am writing to inform you just how surprised and pleased we were to find that the apartment was visited within half an hour of our call and the problem was found to be simply an air lock in the gas pipe, so easily fixed.

Please accept our sincere thanks for such a quick and efficient service. Our friends now have hot water and the rest of their holiday to enjoy. Please convey our thanks also to your office staff who dealt with our request.
